Carved Chicken (Chicken Breast, Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano)), Roasted Vegetables (Zucchini, Cauliflower, Portabella Mushrooms, Asparagus, Red Pepper, Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano), Canola Oil, Salt, Black Pepper), House Blend Rice (Rice & Grains (Water, Jasmine Rice, Brown Basmati, Wild Rice, Red Quinoa, Lentils), Onions, Red Bell Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BASED ON FULLY THAWED MEAL
Oven – Bake covered at 350° for 18 – 22 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 – 3 minutes.
Microwave (~1000 watts) – Peel corner of plastic film to vent. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
