Chicken Breast, Cabbage Roll Sauce (Canned Diced Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Calcuium Chloride, Citric Acid), Carrot, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Lemon Juice, Salt, Paprika), Cabbage, House Blend Rice (Rice & Grains (Water, Jasmine Rice, Brown Basmati, Wild Rice, Red Quinoa, Lentils), Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt), Onion, Egg, Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano), Ground White Pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BASED ON FULLY THAWED MEAL
Oven – Bake covered at 350° for 21 – 25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 – 3 minutes.
Microwave (~1000 watts) – Poke holes in plastic film to vent. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Carefully pull back film and rotate cabbage rolls. Continue cooking on High for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand for 2 minutes.
