Spaghetti Squash, Tuscan Vegetables (Sweet Potatoes, Portobella Mushrooms, Onions, Kale, Fennel, Sugar, Canola Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano), Salt), House-Made Marinara Sauce (Tomatoes (Vine-Ripened Fresh Peeled Pear Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Fresh Basil), Water, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes or Tomato Pulp, Citric Acid), Onions, Sugar, Garlic, Canola Oil, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano), Salt, Black Pepper)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BASED ON FULLY THAWED MEAL
Oven – Bake covered at 350° for 18 – 22 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 – 3 minutes.
Microwave (~1000 watts) – Peel corner of plastic film to vent. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir the spaghetti squash. Continue heating on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let stand for 2 minutes.
