Unfortunately, many of us have borne witness to the devastating impact of cancer. This awful disease not only wreaks havoc on the individuals diagnosed, but tears at the fabric of their families – interrupting their daily lives, and making this harrowing journey, more difficult yet.
In 2012, Scratch was introduced to the Pink Ribbon Girls, a non-profit organization, whose mission is to help ease the minds of individuals and families affected by breast cancer with direct services and support.
“I knew immediately that Scratch would do everything in its power to assist this organization and do right by these courageous women.” – Matthew Hayden, Owner Scratchfood.
Meals from Scratch provides hundreds of healthy meals to The Pink Ribbon Girls every week, and it is our sincerest hope that we can provide some modicum of relief to these deserving individuals and their families.
